Every space, and the car in it, right now.

When someone takes your spot.

Nobody circles the lot and nobody calls the office. This is what Flex does today.

  1. The member

    Reports it from their phone

A photo of the car, and the plate if they can see it. If it’s a car that’s allowed in that space, the report closes on its own.

  2. Flex

    Holds another space for them

If they had claimed that space, Flex moves their claim to the next open one right away. Nobody is left without a spot.

  3. You

Get told, and so does the driver

You get a notice the moment a report comes in. If the car belongs to one of your members, they get one too, asking them to move it. You tap The car moved or Not a problem.

  4. Repeat offenders

    Lose their parking

Every confirmed report goes on their record. On the third, they can’t claim a space, book or send guest passes for 30 days.

Know every car on your lot.
